Arenas
A carefully planed and crafted arena from the Ashdown Group can make a huge difference in equestrian sports and training. The right arena or menage is very much like an ice burg, where the real construction takes place just below the surface.
The initial stages require excavation and the installation of drainage system. This is followed by layers of membrains, gravel and the final riding surface which is designed to give the right density underfoot. The fencing, kickboards, gates, adjoining paddocks and show jumping equipment are then installed as required.
Pricing for arenas and menages
Due to the number of difference components required to construct an arena, there is no fixed pricelist available. The Ashdown Group are happy to carry out a simple survey and provide a number of options for the riding surfaces and fencing; this will allow us to provide an accurate price, making it completely clear what is being offered.
